Work Permit
In order to make Learning Records smoother please have the following ready:
--Student Learning Log--completed appropriately before the Learning Record meeting (each entry has the subject and lesson or page numbers).
All work samples must be graded.
The dates of the work samples need to match the Student Learning Log dates.
There must be one work sample for each subject for the Student Portfolio.
Complete the Student Learning Log and PE Log before the Learning Record meeting.
--PE Log--completed appropriately (each entry has the skill and time)
--Other Logs completed appropriately
--Complete all of your Logs in blue or black ink.
