Super Smash Brothers: This is a remarkably fun and incredibly addictive game that has already achieved hit status worldwide. You get to play as one of eight famous Nintendo characters: Mario, Samus Aran, Yoshi, Fox McCloud, Link, Kirby, Donkey Kong, and... Pikachu! You can also unlock four secret characters, including Luigi, F-Zero's Captain Falcon, Earthbound's Ness, and everyone's favorite musical marshmallow, Jigglypuff. This is Pikachu and Jigglypuff's first apperance in 3-D, and dozens of other Pokémon make brief apperances-- including the rare Mew! Saffron City serves as one of the game's many battleboards, and you can hear some mood music too, of course.
Coming Soon: How to get the four secret characters and how to play at the Mushroom Kingdom!
Pokémon Snap: This game is covered in more depth at the Pokémon Snap link. This is the game where you can catch most of your favorite Pokémon in glorious 3-D, including the three legendary birds: Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, as well as the rarest of the rare (unless you have a Game Shark): Mew!
Coming Soon: Where to find the three legendary birds, and tips on snapping Mew!
Pokémon Stadium: This upcoming N64 game is one of the most anticipated games in History... and eager trainers can get their paws on it in less than a month! The bonus of this game, due out March 6, 2000, is uploading your actual Pokémon from your Game Boy to the N64, and then watching them duke it out! In fact, huge battles of up to 151 Pokémon at a time will be able to take place. And if you get tired of battling, you can play games with "Cute Pokémon" such as Clefairy, Ekans, Diglett, and Pikachu. An interesting fact is that this is actually Pokémon Stadium 2, the first game was released only in Japan. Originally scheduled for release the Holiday Season of 1999, fine-tuning caused the game's debut date to be pushed to March 2000.
