Troubleshooting

Some people have been letting me know that the download isn't working if you don't have the Java Runtime Enviroment.

Here is the link and instructions to download that.

NOTE:  You only need to download this if your haven't downloaded the Java Runtime Environment or the Java SDK before (or if it doesn't work)

You need to click on the top link under the JRE (directly to the left of the N/A)

Some poor saps also don't have WinZip or Win Rar (Hard to believe, but it's true).  Here is the link for that
