Chinese Main Page Er -, excuse me, Micky ------

PiggyBox Micron Technology lost its anti-dumping case against several Taiwan DRAM makers. The decision was made by the US International Trade Commission(ITC) on November 19, 1999.

Taiwan DRAM/SRAM makers, like their counterparts in Japan and Korea, have long been overshadowed by the anti-dumping actions brought against them by American companies. In the beginning, despite knowing the accusation was unfair Taiwan companies did not effectively strike back. They lost the SRAM dumping charge at ITC.

But known for their flexibility, Taiwan companies learn thru failures, and learn fast. They learnt to play the same game against those who've played against them. In the SRAM case, they fought with ITC in front of the US court, and won. Hail to the legal justice in the American court. Anyone playing its rules of game may win its justice.

In the DRAM case, an eye for an eye, they filed with the Taiwan government against Micron for dumping into Taiwan. And now they finally got even with Micron in the ITC's decision.

So - er, excuse me, Micky --- get out of way, will you?
