Escape
As I looked upon the tiny webs,
Strung among the blades of grass,
Shining brightly in the setting sun,
Like thin strands of gold;
For a brief moment I forgot myself,
My loneliness, my troubles,
The pain in my heart,
The cares of the world...
And, for an instant,
I was in a world all my own.
