Cricket
Oh how you play your lovely melody
Under the stars so bright
Your notes carried on waves of wind
In the dark of the night
Your music is all the gives you away
For as much as I might
Try to see you, in the heavy darkness
You remain out of sight
And as your song does continue
Another joins in your tune, merry and light
And as I listen to your gentle lullaby
I close my eyes and sleep tight
