I wean my birds about 24 days old , and they go straight into the young bird loft.

| I normally start to pair my birds up about the middle of January. I always try to pair my birds to the best ones but this dont allways work. They sometimes just hate each other and will not pair. The hen usually has to get rescured at this time and tried with another cock. I try and feed eash box about 3 times aday because there are 2 other birds to feed now. I wean my birds about 24 days old , and they go straight into the young bird loft. |

| I keep an eye on the young for a few days once they are moved into the young bird loft just to make sure they are drinking and eating by them selfs. If any birds sitting in the corner not looking very bright just dip its beak into the water and hopefully it should brighting up. | |||||||||||||
