| For the rail flip you need to put the board in primo stance with the tails pointing towards you. Stand ontop of the board and place your back foot on the tail and your front foot on the opposing wheel. Bend down and push down on your tail then push outwards with your other leg causing the board to spin 180, if you find that the board is only spinning 1 and a half times over you really need to lean into it (the rail flip is reall a double variel flip from primo). Once done just try and land on the board and there you have it. The rail flip (this trick is easy to understand if you have seen it done). |
