HTML is the foundation of everything that is viewed on the world wide web (Well at least when the average person thinks about the web). For any Web Alcolyte, learning HTML is the first and most important thing they need to do. With out HTML, you really can not present a web page or more importantly web applications to a browser. Remember this is not for the beginner. It is meant for the Web Master as a reference. HTML is the UI code for the web.
