Oh goodie! Toon world. We would have eventually gotten around to making this card the card of the week I guess. Currently the only card in the game that can allow you to play toon monsters. Its pretty good, and 1000 life points arent that much for what your going to do to your opponent with toon monsters. Good card.
Final Rating: 7 out of 10. Its really annoying when an opponent uses it against you. Also, its not a field magic card.
Hey, another good card! Hey wait, I picked this card! Man, I have to do ALL the work! (Jammintenchi: HEY!) I need a raise! Hey wait, I don't even get paid! Well, I should! But anyway, Toon World is my favorite card. My favorite monsters are all toons.
