Awesome card. You get to view the cards on the top of your deck and then put them in any order you like. Good for seaching for specific cards, especially good in exodia based decks. Even though, it has a pitiful attack and defense.
Final rating: 9, poor attack and defense
Jeez, whoever picks these cards does not know good cards from bad cards. Ok, this card isnt that bad, it's a bit like pokedex, except on yugioh. I dont have much to say so I will just rate it.
