AWESOME CARD!!!!! I bet some people would keep on cycling so that they would have less creatures to deal with, but you should use that with cards that have effects that activate when they come into play, like Venorable Monk, and any phantom (like Phantom Flock) so that you could have a ultimite blocking force!
FR: 10/10, it's hard to belive that this is only uncommon!
This card will confuse a newbie, they probably will think that they get the cards that you cycle. Thats not how it works. Anyways, this card is good with a deck that has a lot of cycle cards, like the Onslaught Ivory Doom Deck. Then when you cycle cards for less than their usual mana cost, you can play a lot more cards.

I take back what I took back a couple weeks ago. I HATE reviewing last!!!!!!! You guys took everything I wanted to say, so I will just rate it.
Rating: 7/10. It only lasts for one turn, and eventually you will run out of cards to cycle.
