Oooooh, I bet Toad likes annoying people with this card! limiting a person's attack is just too good almost. I don't have much else to say about this card, so i guess it's time to rate.

Ouch, this card would suck if it was against you. If you finally get enough mana to play the card that you want and then they have this and you cant attack when you would normally be able to, then it would bite. Theres not much more to say about this card and that is why magic cards usually have very short reviews. The reviews are always short, quick, and to the point.
Final Rating: 7 out of 10; because no card is perfect.
Ha, ha! I have 2 of these, and they are annoying! A great card in my white stall deck. This card is probably the best muse. Imagine what it would be like if I got both of mine out.
Rating: 9 out of 10. In the late game, they probably have enough mana to pay for all their attackers, but they can't play cards.
