WHEEL CLAMP USAGE POLICY
Note if the car is a large or small car as there are two different wheel clamps
Collect the appropriate wheel clamp and clamp the drivers side front tyre if possible
You fix the wheel clamp to the offending vehicle yourself and leave a Body Corporate form with your details on it  ( form will be supplied by the Body Corporate) , on the  windscreen of the vehicle you have clamped.
FITTING THE CLAMPS
Follow the directions sheet supplied to you when you hire the clamps.
It's up to you how accessible you choose to make yourself to release the clamp!.  When the errant driver contacts you, you arrange to remove the wheel clamp at a cost of $20.00 to the driver.
The wheel clamp and the $20.00 is then returned to the Management Committee. The wheel clamps are available to any resident living at Pier 9. Once the clamps have been used a few times we feel sure that the offending drivers will get the message.
