Fall 2003 Long Excursion, Thanksgiving 2003

Aida, Me, Lena, Monica, Erica, Sara at a Hockey game in Yaroslavl during our ten day excursion.

Sara and I spent a lot of time reading during the trip...I've decided to punish myself for reading so much English by starting "Resurrection" by Tolstoy--in Russian! It's good, so it's not too harsh of a punishment, but wow it's hard!

Monica, Sara and Aida chilling in Kazan.

Sara and Monica in a boat crossing the Volga. We were visiting a village that is divided by the Volga without a bridge to be found for an hour--that's smart!

Fondue at Monica's! Julz made sure I wouldn't go a year without fondue parties, so she sent me with this. It's come in handy!

Monica and I preparing for Thanksgiving.

Elena Vladimirovna (our Phonetics and Literature teacher), Sara and I at Thanksgiving.

Me, Sara and Larissa Victorovna at Thanksgiving (I think she's doing her pioneer salute).

Igor, Sara, Me, Patrick, Andrew at Thanksgiving at Jill's.
