My philosophy
OK, so I'm cheap.  I'll admit it.  In fact, I'm proud of it.  I'm into wheeling, short and simple.  And spending my savings acount on something extravigant that I can build myself is just silly.  When someone says, for example, that $300 for a Co2 air tank system is an affordable way to air up your tires, I tend to disagree.  Got an old ac compressor in your truck?  Use that.  Heck, add a tank, switch, and regulators to the system.  It's still a hell of a lot cheeper than some overpriced Co2 bottle that you'll be filling over and over.

Some people are into 4x4s for all the wrong reasons.  They like to tell you how thier F-250, Jeep, or whatever has superlift this and warn that, but they never put the truck to the test.  Boulevard queens I have 0 respect for.

Then there are the guys who love wheeling and have plenty of cash to buy everything pre-made.  Hey, If you are lucky enough to have the means, that's fine with me.  Personaly, I enjoy fabricating stuff.  So, even if I had a million dollars, I would still build a lot of stuff myself.  It gives me satisfaction to know that my truck was made with my two hands.

I'm also in favor of a law that says "If your Dad paid for your truck and you didn't do any work on it, you must have a daddy built sticker on your truck."  Give me a break kid.  I might have a rusty truck, but at least it's mine.

I'm not about fancy billit rims and light bars that never get used. Sorry, but if it doesn't have a function, it won't be on my truck.
