Mega Man's 'Stuff'
(the rest later)
|
A non-profit attempt to make a Mega Man game, based on the old classic NES series using Visual Basic 6.0. Mega Man and all related characters are registered trademarks of Capcom Entertainment. HELP WANTED (more info later)
Remember this? I call it Rush Astro. Mega Man used it in Mega Man V (GB) to enter Dr. Wily’s space fortress. If you look closely, it’s a modified Rush Jet with extra-large engines, a canopy from Rush Marine and the head and tail from Rush Coil. In this game, Mega Man will be piloting Rush Astro most of the time. Once he reaches a Robot Master’s fortress, he’ll get off and fight on foot. Then again, ‘Rush Space’ might sound better…
The rest didn’t make it: Chrono Man, Nova Man, Saucer Man, Vortex Man, Radar/Dish Man, Trumpet Man, Dragon Man, Plasma Man, Acid Man, Flare Man, Whip Man, Shake Man.
NEWS / PROGRESS / DOWNLOAD You may need to download the Microsoft Visual Basic runtime libraries here.
05/06/01 Click here to download the latest version, whatever it is. I actually finished this version at the start of the year, so don’t expect too much. As you can see, the links to the older versions have been disabled. Soon, the files themselves will be removed to save space.
03/02/01 Click here to download v1.0g. This version is faster and does not require 32-bit color depth.
31/01/01 Click here to download v1.0f.
30/01/01 Click here to download v1.0e.
27/01/01 Apparently, you must set your display settings to 32-bit color depth or you won’t see Mega Man change colors when he’s charging up.
26/01/01 You may need to download the Microsoft Visual Basic runtime libraries here.
Click here to download v1.0c. This version has better color effects in my opinion..
