April 1996:

Ramat Gan municipality gives go-ahead for 5, 30 storey+ towers, and 3, 50 storey towers.



January 1997:

Construction started on Migdal Levinstein.



March 1997:

ABC complex announced. Designed by Cesar Pelli, The complex will cover a floor space of 75,000 sqm plus an extensive parking facility. The complex will include five interlinked buildings: two towers, one reaching 27-stories high, the second 14 stories, and three other buildings each five stories tall.
Rubinstein Towers announced, another complex of office blocks under construction near the old Central Bus Station, will consist of three interlinked 12-story towers, with underground parking garages. Clients will be able to rent a single interlinked floor which stretches through all three towers. The floor space of these buildings will amount to 25,000 sqm.



April 1997:

Construction completed on the Clal HQ.



May 1997:

Construction started on the Inter Continental Hotel & the Trade Centre.



June 1997:

Construction completed on Migdalot, a 33 storey apartment/hotel on the tayelet.



January 1998:

Construction Started on City Tower, President Tower, and Rubinstein House.



March 1998:

Construction Started on City Gate Ramat Gan, and the Dan Centre. Platinum Tower completed construction.
