London Millenium Tower
This was going to be Europe's tallest tower.
It was nearly approved until, suddenly National Heritage withdrew support,
and they had problems with air traffic from Heathrow,
so the project has been cancelled.
The site, in The City, next to the CU building
and Lloyds has been sold to Swiss RE for their new headquarters.
The project was designed by that great Architect, Sir Norman Foster.
