This 18 storey building is one of many in Tel Aviv
to be occupied by Bank Leumi, Israel's second largest bank.
Israel's largest bank, Bank Hapoalim is moving all of
it's operations which are currently scattered around Tel
Aviv, into the huge Rubinstein Towers complex.
