Seira is the youngest of the Mermaids. She is the replacement for Sara after her downfall. However, Seira cannot be born due to unfortuanate circumstances.

Mikeru, the angel, is hunting down the pieces of Seira's heart for power, and Seira cannot be born without all the pieces of her heart. So Luchia and the other Mermaids set out to gather them.

Near the beginning of her existance, Seira appears as a "ghost" to Luchia. She is a bit of a brat, even going so far as to taunt Luchia while she cries over Kaito. However, as time progresses and she gets the pieces of her heart, Seira becomes a more mature and friendly person.

Personal oppinion: she is by far the cutest of the mermaids.
