Noel doesn't show up for most of the series, seeing as near the beginning she was captured by Gaito. She is the Princess of the Arctic Ocean. She is more reserved and refined than Karen, but can still be seen causing trouble. Along with Coco and Karen, she proceeds to cause Luchia and the others a few misadventures. She sometimes is seen wearing reading glasses.
