Sunshine's is open for lunch and dinner during the high season and dinner with a reservation during slower periods. He has nightly bonfires as well and a big full moon bash every month, where he serves his famous Killer Bee made of "some passion fruit, rum, bitters, nutmeg and a secret ingredient I got from my grandmother".
