| I've been tuning and repairing piano's privately (word of mouth) for over 20 years now and studied w/ Gerald Sommers, who was a NJ Piano Guild Member (I am not). I obtained my apprentice certification from the NJ Piano Technical School ('83 - '84). I simply enjoy working on pianos and meeting new people in the town. I started a (Yahoo) group because I enjoy talking about pianos and I welcome other people who either are piano technicians/professionals or individuals who just appreciate the piano to visit the link for the Piano HelpDesk. We moved to Ramsey almost 7 years ago and I advertise in the local "Who's Who in Ramsey". I have focused my services primarily in the Ramsey and its neighboring community areas.
