I have returned from Texas finally. Man, that was a long drive. I think I want to fly next time. You know I don't like flying, so the ride had to be pretty torturous. Well, I have this problem about not being able to sleep in the car in unfamiliar territory, and especially on the interstate. Ok, I'm exaggerating on the torturous part. Uncomfortable is a better adjective. And when I'm sleep deprived, my alertness wears me out.

I guess I didn't realize it before, but all this time I've been searching for my dad. I'm drawn to people that remind me of him. He was such a unique and interesting individual. I know I'll never find exactly what I'm looking for. Then one day during a game I was playing, I found that he was still here with me. Somehow I discovered that I inherited some of his uniqueness.

It's kind of nice that I still haven't gotten used to the time change. It gives me a little more time each day. I guess sometimes all I really want is time. It's worth so much more than money.

I am down to 3 part-time jobs now. I'm a little relieved about not having to accompany any more this semester. I don't know what happened today, but something did. I'm back to my former semi-insightful self, only without a certain worry. It's nice to be able to focus for a change. My new goal in life is to be here, now.

I made the a cappella choir!! (That means I don't have to accompany!) Oh...my new favorite food: Chicken Fried Chicken. The best news, however, is that I don't have to miss Monday night devo next semester.

Yay for Battlefront 2! That is one of the reasons I've had so much fun this week. I miss playing games. On another note, I think TPing yards should be outlawed. In fact, I think Halloween in general should be abolished. It just gives kids an excuse to wreak havoc on people's property. I bet dentists love Halloween. What a stupid holiday.
