So you've decided you'd like to learn a little more about me, eh? The links below will help you do just that. Here you will find information about me, my pets, my interests, my fanlistings, etc.
My family owns many animals, including horses, dogs, cats, sheep, and a potbellied pig. For information on each of our animals please see the links below.
Penny
Penny, aka J.C.'s Penny, is my main mount. She is a short (14hh) Appaloosa mare and was born around 1992. This mare is my levels horse and is used scrictly for natural horsemanship activities only. I used to show her both english and western style. Although she's won some ribbons, her place never really was in the show ring. She does much better, and is much happier, playing with her friends and competing in Parelli tournaments.
Grace
Gracie, aka Goodness Gracious, is Penny's daughter. She was born on May 8th, 2002, and was a two year old when we bought her and her mother. Grace had no experience with people, either on the ground or on her back, when we bought her. She was the first horse I ever started and is a joy to ride. Now, Gracie is the sweetest mare you'd ever meet, and absolutely loves people.
Elliott
Elliott answers to many names. His show name is Penny's Pride, his alias is Penju, and his fully name is Sir Elliott "Eli" the Only Kwadju Bradley. Most people call him Elliott or Eli, but he'll answer to any of his names. Elliott is Penny's son. His father is a Haflinger. Elliott is the first horse I ever got to see grow from a clumsy little colt, to a full grown horse. He was born May 27th, 2005, and although I missed the birth I've known him since he was a few hours old. Elliott is very talented, and very playful. He's definitely his mother's son.
Neiko
Neiko was my first horse. She was a gift for my elementary school graduation. Her mother was a grade pony while her father was a miniature horse. She was born on May 17th, 2002. Neiko stands only 9.3hh, but don't tell her that. She thinks she's the biggest horse out there. You also don't want to get on her bad side. Neiko reminds most people of Stewie, from Family Guy. I swear she's always thinking of different ways for world domination. All jokes aside, though, Neiko can be really sweet (when she wants to) and she is very special to me.
Replica
Replica, aka A Destiny Thing, is a retired racehorse. She is a Standardbred bred for pacing and was born around 1992. Although I've just started working with Reppy, I can already see her potential. She loves to jump, and despite her clumsyness, is pretty good at it. She also loves to run, and enjoys western games such as barrel racing and the keyhole race. However, Reppy is still pretty green and often resorts back to pacing when she gets frusterated.
Stanley
Stanley, aka Momma's Boy, is my mom's Morgan/Quarter Horse cross. Altough Stanley is a bit of a wimp, he is also talented and beautiful. He has the most flowing trot and is a joy to ride. He was once abused, which is part of the cause of his skittishness, but is coming along just fine now. He has overcome many of his fears, and is sure to overcome many more is the future.
