I am not the worlds most perfect mother. They didn't have designer clothes, I taught them to be kind to others, To value family in the highest, So although I wasn't perfect, ~~Loretta~~
I've made mistakes along the way.
At times the kids were angry,
At things I had to say.
But neatly they were dressed.
For we didn't have the money,
Yes, we did our very best.
To think of their fellow man.
To be a true friend to all,
Whenever they possibly can.
For it's God's most precious gift.
And as I watch my son today,
It gives my heart a lift.
God must have guided me along the way.
For I am the luckiest mother,
To have this family today.
