"Jimmy"

Here is Jim in front of East Hampton Middle School just before 8th grade graduation.

Jimmy has been a part of our family since first grade. He and Steve were close friends. Where Steve was, Jimmy was. He has lived with my family for a few years now and has truly become another grandson to me.

Isn't he handsome in his baseball uniform? Jim plays football too.

He and Steve joined the East Hampton Fire Dept. Jr.'s and traveled all over Long Island to participate in competitions. They had a great time and did well.

What's he doing here? Could he be coloring Easter Eggs?

Sure enough. Everyone colors eggs in our home, from the oldest to the youngest. It's a family thing.

Easter morning is so much fun. No matter how old you are, you get a basket filled with treasures.

The guys are always hanging out in Steve's room.

Bobby Coleman just brought the boys home from school.

Homecoming is special and all the kids incuding Jim like to build class floats.

Some think sleeping quarters on boats aren't comfortable. What do you think?

It doesn't matter where you sleep when you are tired. The state room is good enough for these guys. Typical men, falling asleep while watching tv.

You can see that Jimmy fits right in with the family. He will always be a part of us. May he never see too stormy a day.
