Specializations: Instrumentation:  Adaptive Optics for Extremely Large Telescopes
Observational:  Ultra-luminous Infrared Galaxies (ULIRGs)
Degrees: 2003 B.S. Physics and Math, UC Riverside
Positions Held: 2003-2005 Graduate Student Research Assistant, IGPP, UC Riverside
2004-2005 Teaching Assistant, Dept. of Earth Sciences, UC Riverside
2006-2007 Graduate Student Research Assistant, Lab for Adaptive Optics, UC Santa Cruz
Research Experience: Instrumentation: In 2006/2007 I worked on the multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO testbed
in the Lab for Adaptive Optics (D. Gavel PI).  I have been involved in system
alignment, integrating the tomography engine software, writing MCAO control
software and
Observation: My experience includes working with AO data from the Lick and Keck AO
systems, working with spectra, and use of simulation codes.  In addition I have
observed at Lick and Keck, most recently using the Kast spectrograph on the
Shane 3m telescope for 4 nights in fall 2005.
