On the Lorentz transformations for electromagnetic fields, W. Gough, Eur. J. Phys. 19(1998)
Abstract. A recent article in this journal claims that certain simple procedures for deducing the Lorentz transformation of the the transverse electric field are fallacious. They are, however, correct when interpretation of the symbols in them is used.
