Cardamom (amomum subulatum)

Usages:
This herb is used in the treatment of many things, some common and easily handled and others more detailed. It is used to treat digestion colic flatulence bad breath removing garlic smell from breath kidney problems bladder problems infections cystitis incontinence asthma bronchitis. Normally just the seeds of the plant are used in treatment.

Formulations :

The standard way in making an infusion, is to pour a cup of boiling water over the material to be infused, let it stand for 5 ehn, strain it, and drink it. When the recipe refers to fresh plant material to be used, a 1/4 cup fresh material is used in the above way. When the recipe refers to using dried material, use 2 teaspoons of material when making it. Should the recipe call for bark or seeds to be used, use 2 teaspoons of seeds or 1 tablespoon of bark.
