| Methods & Procedures Alphabet Soup 1 person is the tagger while the rest are the alphabet. If somebody who is a part of the alphabet gets tagged they must make the shape of a letter and stay still. To become unfrozen another person must come behind you and guess your letter correctly. When I blow my whistle everyone must freeze. Does anyone have any questions? I will give the alphabets 5 seconds to run, GO! |

| I need one person on a mat. Each person pick a mat and stand on it. If someone else is already there find another one. If you cannot find a mat come and see me. You now need to follow closely with what I am saying if you miss one thing you will miss a part of your routine. 1. Can you balance on 3 body parts? 2. How about without touching your feet to the ground? 3. Now 4 body parts and no feet? 4. Is 1 body part possible to balance on? Let me see you try it! Now we need to remember these types of balances for when we come back to our routines. |
