Meeting Minutes           

March 11, 2003

 

Meeting began at 7:05pm

Treasurer's Report:   Lisa reported there was $7,428.31 in the checking account.  Corbi’s has still needs to be paid from this balance.   Katie Marini reported that there were 199 pizza kits and 89 cookie kits sold by the girls.  For every pizza kit sold the girls made a profit of $5.50/kit and for every cookie dough kit sold the profit was $5.

 

Erin's Corner:

·     The optional girls competed this past weekend and did very well!  We had the top 4 all-arounds for Level 8.

·     New pictures are posted on the web-site

·     Level 4 League Championships – Will be held at the Community YMCA on Sunday, April 6^th.  Report time is 12:15pm.  Since the level 4’s do not have warm-up suits Eileen Csongradi has ordered sweatshirts for them to wear.

·     Hatboro is going to host a Level 4 invitational meet on May 17^th.  Parents need to e-mail Erin, as quickly as possible, as to whether or not you want to go.  Either all the girls will go or none will go.

·     For next year Level 5’s will keep the current leotards.  Levels 6 and up will get new leotards.

·     Level 5-9 League Championships – Will be held at UMLY.  Report times are as follows:

Ø   Level 5 ages 12 & up – 8am Stretch (Saturday, March 29^th)

Ø   Level 5 ages 9 & under and 10&11 – 1pm Stretch (Saturday, March 29^th)

Ø   Level 6’s – 8am Stretch (Saturday, March 29^th)

Ø   Level 7’s – 12:30pm Stretch (Sunday, March 30^th)

Ø   Level 8 & 9’s – 8 am Stretch (Sunday, March 30^th)

 

·     For leagues there will be an admission fee of $3-4 and the $25 meet entry fee is included in the monthly assessment.

·     States information for all levels was sent home with the girls.  All paperwork must be returned by Wednesday, March 19^th.  The Two weeks prior to the meet competition times will be announced.  State fees can come out of the childs account.  Contact Lisa Wohlgemuth to find out the balance in your childs account and to let her know if you will be using it to pay for the state fees.

·     Parents are needed to help manage team folders for the Level 7+ states meet.  Diane Heverly and Marsha Beatty will help do this.
