Introduction & Financial Report:

·     Meeting Began At 7:00 PM.

·     Lisa Wohlgemuth opened the meeting and Marsha reviewed current financial status as follows: There is $4309.05 in checking; $2948.57 is in the girls’ account (funds raised to date).

 

Woodward Week

·     Woodward will be Week 6, July 10th.

·     Nationals ends on July 4th; we may get home early.

·     Woodward is the following Sunday.

·     The price should be the same as last year if paid by early deadline.

·     Parents who want to go should apply ASAP.  50% discount on gymnasts’ cost if accepted as a worker (driver, or other position).

 

Holiday Show

·     The date for the winter show is Friday, January 21^st.  Details will be covered at the next GPO meeting.

 

Holiday Practice Schedule

·        Practice schedule from the November meeting agenda handout:

§        NO PRACTICE – Dec 24th, 27th, 28th & 31st.

§        Level 4 – Dec 29th/30th 4:00-5:30

§        Level 5/6 – Dec 29th/30th 4:00-6:00

§        Level 7-9 – Dec 29th/30th 5:30-8:30

·        New Level 4 schedule starting January 4^th:

§        Tues. 4:00-5:30 & Friday 5:30-7:00

§        NO Wednesday

 

Sale of Old Mats

·       Old mats were sold; the money is available for new equipment.

 

Kitchen Rules

·        The board prepared a list of kitchen rules for meets to ensure smooth operation.  The list will be posted.  Diane Heverly reviewed the list of kitchen rules.

 

Camcorder/Digital Camera

·        Thanks to Greg and Linda Cordes for donating a video camera for use during practices!  It has already helped a lot in providing the girls with on-the-spot feedback.
