A motion was made and voted on to pay 100.00 now towards the assessment with the balance due after the next fundraiser.  Please send in your assessment balance.  Katie Marini volunteered to be the chairperson for the pizza fundraiser and information will be forthcoming.  The escrip number is now available for Genuardi's.  It is 150919062 and can be registered at www.escrip.com.   If you are having family members or friends help towards your assessment using escrip with Genuardi's please give their name to Patti Corse.

States:  The Level 7,8 & 9 State meet is being hosted by the Phoenixville YMCA on May 3 & 4, 2003.   The theme will be Wild, Wild West.  Lori Williams is Head Coordinator for the meet.  She has done a tremendous job setting up the tasks and getting people to volunteer to coordinate these tasks.  She was able to get volunteers to sign up for the remaining coordinators job and sent a task list around for parents to sign up for their tasks.  Thanks to the many parents who volunteered to be coordinators.  All coordinators must give Lori a status report by April 15th.  If you have not signed up for your job for the meet please see Lori or Erin.  This is a huge undertaking and requires everybody's help.  If you have family members who are interested in helping see Lori.  All Level 4,5 & 6 girls will serve as runners and flashers at the meet.  It was decided that all volunteers will wear a meet t-shirt at the meet.  A motion was made and voted on to have the GPO pay for the t-shirts the children volunteers will wear and the parents will pay for their own t-shirts.  The Adult t-shirts should be around $5.00.  Please check the website for further information regarding the meet.  Thank you Lori for all you are doing!!

Erin's Corner:

·                Woodward is week 9, July 20-26th.  There are 35 spots being held.  Applications must be postmarked by February 15th to guarantee a spot.

·                The YMCA purchased the new balance beam and will be here on February 12th.  Thank you Erin for making this new beam happen!!

·                Murdina is expecting and is due in August.  She will not be able to go to Nationals in Savannah.  Three coaches need to be safety certified to go to Nationals.  A motion was made and voted on for the GPO to spend $150.00 to pay for the certification for the coaches.

·                Erin has not received information about Nationals as of yet but will pass it along as soon as she hears.
