States: The Level 7,8 & 9 State meet is being hosted by the
Phoenixville YMCA on May 3 & 4, 2003.
The theme will be Wild, Wild West.
Lori Williams is Head Coordinator for the meet. She has done a tremendous job setting up the
tasks and getting people to volunteer to coordinate these tasks. She was able to get volunteers to sign up
for the remaining coordinators job and sent a task list around for parents to
sign up for their tasks. Thanks to the
many parents who volunteered to be coordinators. All coordinators must give Lori a status report by April
15th. If you have not signed up for
your job for the meet please see Lori or Erin.
This is a huge undertaking and requires everybody's help. If you have family members who are
interested in helping see Lori. All
Level 4,5 & 6 girls will serve as runners and flashers at the meet. It was decided that all volunteers will wear
a meet t-shirt at the meet. A motion
was made and voted on to have the GPO pay for the t-shirts the children
volunteers will wear and the parents will pay for their own t-shirts. The Adult t-shirts should be around
$5.00. Please check the website for
further information regarding the meet.
Thank you Lori for all you are doing!!
