| To be completely honest, you guys helped make Dex what he is today... Originally, he was just a way of getting what happened at game onto the web page, and it was all I and my little brain could come up with. Thank God, Chris approved him... Outside of the Storyteller and one other person, no one OOC knows who Dex is or what he might be. I've personally heard suggestions that he's a vampire using Obfuscate, a ghost or wraith who's good with a computer, a Technocratic mage, and even one of the current characters in the city... Having said that, there's no way you're getting anything out of me... directly. -- Rest assured, Dex is a real person/place/or thing, and can certainly be spoken to, e-mailed, or even killed. -- In game, the website we go to when logging on for info is NOT www.geocities.com/phxvampire... (geocities = free) -- You are actually logging on to: dexnetphx.com, powered by SchreckNET, the Nosferatu dominated computer network. -- This website CAN be viewed by outsiders... but breaking into SchreckNET is not an easy thing... and anyone that does so will most likely have to answer to the Nos. -- For some reason, the computers you vampires use, require no hacking to view this website. It automatically links to it. In fact, some may have noticed their homepage switching to this website. (I know mine did.) -- Those needing to e-mail Dex, can do so directly at: [email protected] (Again this is NOT an open e-mail address through Yahoo... and all messages will be forwarded to the Storyteller for his own sadistic tendencies...) -- Lastly, however you view Dex, know that he is a resource... And we all know resources can be used, manipulated and even downright turned against others... Enjoy! |
