| Blood donation In times of crisis families band together and reach out for help. Such is the case with the family of little Vincent Conde. Vincent is a two-year-old who is undergoing radiation treatments following brain surgery to remove a tumor. He must also undergo several blood transfusions that add exponentially to the cost of his recovery. You can help Vincent and his family every time you donate blood. The next time you donate blood, regardless of your blood type, ask that your donation be credited to Vincent Conde, Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. Your blood will stay with your local blood bank and will help ensure that the blood banks are replenished. But most importantly your donation will give a ten-dollar credit to the cost of Vincent's care that will help his family in this time of need. If you need more information, you can contact Minnie Granger at 713-790-1200. |
