Reunion Specifics:
When: Nov 30 2002 7:00PM
Where: Burgundy Basin Inn, 1361 Marsh Road, Fairport NY (Map)
Duration: 4 Hours

Cost: TBA; preliminary estimates are $40 to $50 per person, which would include:
- Rental of the Towpath Room at the Burgundy Basin
- a buffet
- a DJ
- a photographer for group shots
and - a bar
We also decided to display the "old" Chiefs logo instead of the "new" Patriots logo, because we graduated as Penfield Chiefs!!!
Food:
We have decided to go with the "Olde Worlde" buffet for dinner which includes:
- baked ham
- baked chicken
- pasta w/ marinara sauce
- rice, veggies
- misc. salads and rolls
- coffee, tea, milk
- ice cream or sherbet.
We will also be getting the beer, wine and soda package...4 hours of unlimited drinks. Joe (Giudice) is going to look into getting a veggie platter for cocktail hour.
As of right now we are planning on having a DJ for most of the evening. Thanks to Joey Guidice for setting this up too!
Lodging
Joe contacted the Brookwood Inn (Phone: (585) 248-9000) which has a free shuttle service to the Burgundy, and they agreed we could reserve a block of rooms for $70 each.
Also Discussed / TBD:
- Disposable cameras at each table for "fun" shots, which would
then be compiled into a photo CD which could be purchased for around $3.00 each
- A prize raffle, the proceeds of which would go toward the Matt Maier
