CHILDREN OF SHATILA  (1998, 52mins)

Fifty years after the exile of their grandparents from Palestine, the children of Shatila camp attempt to come to terms with the overwhelming realities of their lives as in a refugee camp that has survived massacre, siege and starvation.  The film follows the narratives of two children, Farah and Issu, who, given videocameras, elucidate the traumatic, psychological and health
conditions of their worlds.
