An Activist's Photo Album

I was having problems with Ivillage, so I've decide to move my photo album website here. Please bear with me as I attempt to rebuild this site. I will update it as often as I can and whenever I can get to a scanner. I hope this site gives you a small taste of the work I do and of my life. I enjoy what I do and I'm passionate about it, which gets me into trouble sometimes, but I'm not about to change. As I get more pictures, I will add them, stay tuned.

On this site, you will see snapshots of my work with homeless people. I have been doing this very important work ever since Kerre and I were homeless in 1987. You can read about our homeless experience here Look for the link that says read about it here. It's near the top of the page.

The above picture is of myself and my husband, Kerre. this was taken downstairs at the Fred Victor Centre at Queen and Jarvis Sts. in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Webmaster's Notes: Urgent!!!

Geocities is closing later this year and they will have no more free website space. This means that I will either have to move this site or start paying for it, which I really don't want to do, especially considering I have multiple websites. I will be getting more information later on in the summer, I'll share it wih you when I get it.

The picture to the left is the suit I wore when I graduated with Honours from George Brown College on June 25/1997.

The motorcycle to the right is not mine, Kerre and I found it when we were walking to George Brown for the graduation ceremony. Doesn't it make a perfect photo prop? This is a classy way to ride to your graduation.

This is a picture of Alias, a writing group that Kerre and I used to belong to at the Fred Victor Centre. The guy with the magnifying glass in his hand is Cliff Kennedy who used to run Alias until he died. I keep this picture as a memorium to him.
