Placing your order -
Please include the following when placing your order:
*First name
*Name of item(s)
*Quantinty of each item
*Zip code (if requesting shipping rates)
Your email.
No post in the guest book are posted public.
The guest book is a temporary order/contact form until we are able to add the order form to the site.
You will be contacted by Photo_x_Graphic store personally and sent a link to our paypal, shipping rates for your zip code if given, and notified if items are in stock.

*After you place your order we will check to see if its in stock, continue to the MISC. list for details). It could take minutes or at the most 24 hours for this process. As we have more items than shown in stock.
*After the in-stock is confirmed, you will be contacted with information on billing. Example, a link to our paypal business account to pay the bill and calculated shipping for your items.
*Payments must be recieved within 7 days of the order.
You have a satisfactory warranty on every item for up to 7 days starting when recieved. If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied, you may return the item but if you are unsatisfied with anything be sure to contact us about it first so we know what the problem is, replace the item or your money back, and also so we know when its being shipped back out.
*Shipping is INTERNATIONAL.
*Shipping is not refunded for any reason.
*Shipments can't be sent to domestic P.O. Boxes.
*Once you've emailed your order it will be checked to see if its in stock, (please continue to the MISC. box for more information on stock).
*We calculate the shipping for you until we are able to place a shipping calculator on the site.
*Please attach the shipping address. Be sure to mention if the items are being shipped to you or to someone else, so billing isn't to be attached if its being sent to a different address than the billing.
*Shipping may take longer than 7 days. Example during holidays. Usually ships within 7 business days when ordered ground.
U.S. Residents:
Shipping; Rush delivery - $22.50
Ground delivery - $10.00
Shipping to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada - Contact for shipping rates.
Stock - The item was in stock at the time it was placed on the site as available. On the rare occasion when you order and you're sent a reply of any item not being ins tock, you can request a full refund or wait until the item listed is availble in stock and have it sent then. If any of this should happen you will be contacted and we'll keep in touch if you choose to wait.
