Richard is my other friend from the UK that came here for three weeks just one week before Phil arrived. Yes I was a busy boy. But once again had the time of my life....I have known Richard since1997 and he loves Kylie Minogue. He collects her stuff just like I do and he has sent me countless items since I met him. Things that I would never get my hands on here! With Richard's visit we spent lots of time looking for Kylie and Dannii related stuff an he found quite alot. I am just sorry that he missed Kylie doing her London instore appearance for her new book while he was here and with luck like ours when he went home she did an appearance here in Sydney. I got to see her again and get my book signed and Richard arranged for one of his friends in London to do the same for him while he was here. It was just bad timing...Don't worry Rich...one day you will get to meet her. Glad you liked the photo's I sent to you from the appearance by the way. I have more things that will soon be on the way to you... Besides our mutual interest in Kylie, myself and Richard get along great and I look forward to seeing him again later this year when he returns to Australia. Richard has been a great friend to me and is very open minded...LUCKY! ha ha I will thank you right here and now again for all the wonderful things that you have helped me collect and most of all for being a great friend. I always wait on your letters and whatever to arrive. We all miss you here and look forward to seeing you again soon. Everything is still "georgous"...( Rich knows what that is about). Thanks for all your support and understanding through everything. I really appreciate it and thank you too for the call on New Years Day..The only night I put the answering machine on and you go and call the next morning when I am in bed!...damn. I would have loved to have talked to you. Thanks for calling anyway and I will talk to you soon.
Richard was not a real photo person and I have many of the back or side of his head. But there is one really good shot of us both at THE BLUE MOUNTAINS (everyone goes there when they come to Sydney)...and that photo is below. I love the photo. It was taken by Julie....she was tour guide of the day and does a much better job then me! It was a nice clear day that day...although two out of three of us were feeling abit ill.....Remember Rich?...bloody hell....no hamburgers from Mittagong for me anymore! Lucky you did not have one.! Anyway, thanks for a wonderful time while you were here and I hope to see you soon. You are always welcome...Thanks for being a great friend....
