Same image as on opening page. I went out to try out my new lens and went down a road I had never driven down before. The road wound around the salt marshes and as I rounded a bend you could see this huge flag in the distance. I decided I had to capture this flag (on film). This was right after the Twin Towers attack and flags were everywhere but this is the one I will remember for the rest of my life. It was exciting driving down the road watching it grow bigger and bigger as I got closer. Wow, this is a great country and it is wonderful to live here!
