Rough day at play! Forget the bed.
This is where I'll rest my head.
It was a cold day outside but it was nice and warm lying in the afternoon sunlight coming through the window. Yes, this is one of my daughters and things were just too quiet in the house so I went to investigate. This was a time when I still kept my camera always at the ready with film in it and when I saw her asleep on the floor I was able to grab this shot. As they grew older and life became busier I used my camera less and less and this has become something that I really regret. There's always time to take a few photos. Unfortunately I missed far too many shots like this.
Another long forgotten memory is what that floor looks like - we have not seen it since the girls got to middle school!
