W2: Projects 2002
There will be course updates put up here at irregular intervals.
Mainly there will be links to useful tutorials or answers to
questions that alot of people are asking about.

There is now a specific time
that each group can meetup with myself and Rob.
Ensure that you are present at the given time that
has been assigned to you.

The Progress Report is due in for week 9. This should
contain an introduction/background to the project.
The requirements, GUI, database design and
functional specification should be in this as well.
Ensure that all the requirements are include in
the GUI and database. Here is a suggested
table of contents for the entire
report. Feel free to make your own table of contents as long as it is sensible. Ensure you have DFD diagrams etc in the progress report.
- Demonstrations of the projects will take place on Wed. the
1st of May and Wed. the 22nd of May. Each
demonstration will last 30 minutes. The day and time on which
each group is presenting is here
- The full final report and working software has to be handed up this day as well.

Each group is required to stay for the whole session that
they are presenting in, i.e. two and a half hours.

ENSURE that the software works on the lecturers computer
before the demonstration day.
