    Siriphon Kusonsinwut is an  Inspector of Legal Affair Division, Royal Thai Police.  He earns several degrees in Polical Science and Law as followings:
    - BA.(Police Science)in 1994 from Police Cadet School
    - Master's degree of Polical Science in 1997 from Thammasat University
    - LL.B.(2nd Hon) in 2000 from Thammasat University
    - Barrister-at-Law in 2001
    - Master's degree of law (Public Law) in 2003 from Thammasat University
    - Master's degree of Law in 2004 from Indiana University - Bloomington, the U.S.A.
    - Master's Degree of Law in 2005 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
    Presently, he has received the full scholarship from the Royal Thai Government to study JSD or Ph.D. in Law at University of Illinois, College of Law.
    He served as the Economic Crime Auditor in Section 6 of Legal Affair Division, Royal Thai Police Department, before going to study in the U.S. The scope of duties of Section 6 is that to consider the criminal case concerning about Economic crimes which are committed in Bangkok, Thailand. 
    The important duties are to consider the order to discharge the defendant of the prosecutor whether such order is correct; and submit the dissent opinion to Attorney General to make a final decision following as the provision of section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code.
