Thank you for your interest in this exciting arena of S.A. hunting. The following will provide you with information, packages and our prices.
Included in safari prices:
Accommodation is in basic tented camps or local African style housing, or �fly camps�, food and soft drinks. Transport from Tete airport, in and around the hunting area. Services of licensed, experienced Professional Hunter, complete camp staff, tracker, skinner, field preparation of trophies and daily laundry service in Main camp.
The hunting area is +- 12 500 sq miles without fences.
Terms of Business:
A 50 % of the Safari price is required per client with booking to confirm dates. If the
Safari is cancelled 90 days before commencement date the deposit will be refunded minus expenses. If the Safari is cancelled less than 90 days before commencement date, the deposit will be forfeited. The balance is payable in cash or travelers cheque�s 30 days before commencement.
*The license fee for each trophy has to be paid in full at the time of booking and it is non-refundable. (Government). See trophy list.
*Firearm permit is paid in advance and is also non-refundable, ($100/ firearm).
*The Hunting License must also be paid in advance and it is also non-refundable, ($200).
*CITES Import permits must be arranged from your country to import the trophy.
Due to the necessity of obtaining the necessary permits; we will need the following documents on the day of booking:
4x [Four] passport pictures
*A photocopy of the first two pages off passport.
*Details for firearms, serial no, make and caliber.
*List of animals to be hunted.

Animals shot in the water [hippo & crocodile] always count as wounded or killed and have to be paid in full if shot at.
Your supply of clothing should include the following items:

*Your hunting boots must be well worn in prior to use

**An essential part of every hunter�s equipment is a pair of BINOCULARS, preferably lightweight and compact with a magnification of x7 or x8.
