Dear Adriana,

The girl I like likes another guy, and they're girlfriend and boyfriend now. I've known this girl since we were kids, and I'm faking that I'm fine with it, but it's tearing me up inside. Should I try to break them up, or take it like a man? Or maybe I should just run home? I don't know.

Yours truly,
Sick with envy

Dear Sick with Envy,

Take it like a man, which I think means to forget about her by sleeping with anyone you can and drinking until you pass out.  You obviously weren't good enough for her.  Maybe you weren't her type.  This could mean you were short, fat, ugly, annoying, or just a general loser.  Perhaps you suffer from bad breath, repulsive body odor, or a bad combination of the two.  Or maybe you just give off that creepy, overbearing stalker vibe.  Either way, she obviously thinks that going out with you is about as appealing as playing leapfrog with a unicorn.  I suggest you forget her because, let's face it, she's probably already forgotten about you.

Yours truly,
Adriana
