| Cirrus Fanel is the lost son of Kara Fanel and the oldest sibling of Mia, Jesse, and Sito. Just after his birth, his father, Cloud Strife, advanced his age to fourteen, the age his mother was at the time. However, the spell went haywire and he de-aged to 11. After his parents divorced, he felt neither parent wanted him and he ran away after his father was granted custody. Over the next few years, he tried and tried to kill his mother out of rage, but it didn't work. He found out she was immortal. The aging spell went haywire again and he aged to thirty years. During his travels, he got stuck in Shaldani and was found by Ebene officers. He immediately decided to work for them once Zelazny claimed he could remove his mother's immortality. In return, Zelazny fixed the aging spell on him so he can age normally again. Cirrus is a very strong individual and carries a seven-foot, 120-pound sword with him.
