Rose Lavin has been a senior
figure in the training and employment community for a number of years,
heading major projects with The Training and Enterprise Council and
now with The Learning and Skills Council. She became interested in Phoenix
during one of its' very early projects and became a trusted advisor
over the ensuing years, offering guidance, and helping to formulate
many of the ideas which everyone hopes will result in a full workeable
restart programme for a very awkward industry to fit.
Rose's involvement in Phoenix
became formal last year when she agreed to become a trustee in the new
Phoenix ArtsEducation Trust, bringing vast knowledge and experience
to the cause.
